HELP NEEDED CONFIGURING VIRTUAL SOUNDCHECK

hey guys,
is there anyone out there who has used the virtual soundcheck feature on the 5d?
i have a show 3 days from now and i plan to record the performance in pro tools and then use the tracks for virtual soundcheck for the rest of the tour.
can anyone help me by posting some sort of step by step procedure in configuring it? i don't own the console so i dont really have the luxury of trying it with the band before hitting the road neither do i have time to REALLY experiment at the venues. any suggestions would be awesome. thanks.
