Updating PM5D-RH AD IN/STIN through RS422 port

Recently, I updated my PM5D-RH to the latest version. It did update the MAIN and the LCD, succesfully. While updating the AD IN/STIN, it Erased the previous version & then loaded the new software, BUT, when it was verifying the operation - the system "hanged" and nothing happened thereafter. I was forced to shut the power 'Off' of the desk and 'Re-start'.

On re-starting the desk, I found all the AD IN/STIN versions going 'BLANK' as they were Erased and the new version never got loaded! Now, I have tried my best to re-load the ADs, but, always been unsuccessful.

I spoke with some fellow Engineers and found that now the software for AD IN/STIN can only be loaded through the RS422 port. Can anyone HELP me in solving this issue, please!!!
