Wirelessly controlling PM5D Empty Wirelessly controlling PM5D

Post  danny_01 Wed Jul 30, 2008 11:07 am

Hey all this is my first post I've been using both consoles for some time, I know them very well at this stage.
I'm looking to be able to remotely control the 5D an M7 using a macbook and a dell x51 through a Linksys Wireless hub .
My mac has windows xp pro on it but I'd like to keep it on osx if at all possible, how would i go about setting this up,
cheers

Wirelessly controlling PM5D Empty Use windows remote desktop

I tried using vnc and it was laggy, but using windows remote desktop works perfectly for me. Of course this means you will have to have a windows pc hooked up to the pm5d, but then your mac can stay in mac mode and use remote desktop to the windows system.
